Data sharing

Data may be processed by authorised government personnel and service providers needed to operate ENPIS, including cloud hosting, storage, Google Maps, Mapbox, Expo, Firebase, Monnify, and payment processors. ENPIS does not sell data or share it for third-party advertising.

Collection choices

Core account and task information is required for authorised use. Camera, photo-library, location, notifications, and biometrics depend on user permission, but denying a permission may prevent the related feature from working. Precise location is used in the foreground; the app does not declare background location collection.

Handling and deletion

  • Production network transmission is configured to use HTTPS/TLS.
  • Passwords are protected server-side and are not intended to be stored as readable server records.
  • Some information may be cached on the device to support authentication and offline submissions.
  • Deletion requests are available at /data-deletion.

Google Play declaration note

This page is a transparency document. It does not replace the Data Safety answers submitted in Google Play Console. Every new SDK or data flow must be reviewed in both places before release.
